Today, my heart rate is elevated and I don't like it. Never again.
Today is my first official day sober with the intent of never going back. Ever onward.

I had always found my path to God difficult, as I am very much scientifically-minded. Very logical. Was hard to believe.
It took a great shaking to wake me up, but I am here now and thank Father for sending Jesus to save our souls.
A helpful tip I do not follow often enough. Talk to the Father first in all situations. Be vulnerable, he already knows you. Do not expect what you want and you will be far further than me! He has your best interest in mind.
