Today, my heart rate is elevated and I don't like it. Never again.
Today is my first official day sober with the intent of never going back. Ever onward.

Like many others, my prayers are with you. It isnt easy, but it is worth it. I quit 17 years ago and would not go back for anything. Use your resources and surround yourself with supportive people. Admitting there is a problem is the hardest part, you got this.
