Whenever anyone says they are gonna drop something at certain time, its most probably to elicit a certain response. We Anons get all worked up.

Imagine a player in chess game moving a knight in range to attack the queen. Those who know chess, know that its just a move, it wont take the queen because the enemy will respond, but others would say "Oh wow, he is gonna take the Queen".

Its like that.
