Clandestine is not shocked about the existence of the Deep State. I'm not sure how you read his post and came to that conclusion.
He first says he is shocked.
He then lays out the premise of the Q posts regarding the Deep State actors.
He then bridges the Q posts with the Twitter Files and Elon Musk.
Clearly Clandestine is shocked about the connection between the Elon's Twitter Files, and the Q Postings, not the Deep State itself.
