Maybe others have examined this in more detail than me. I see that there were requests from "the Biden team" during the campaign. Prior to swearing in, the Biden team were not government entities, but private parties.
If requests were made from someone getting a government paycheck, that would be a direct violation of the constitution.
The Biden team prior to the Jan 2020 swearing in, and the DNC are not government entities. While it smells like shit, accusations of collusion to subvert the Constitution is not gonna stick.
Corporations may not be allowed to violate the constitution specifically since they enjoy person hood under the law in the United States of America. China can keep wechat.
I don't see how that applies. I'm seeing accusations of treason and first amendment violations being thrown around here but the communists are gonna skate on this technicality.
Maybe I am going about this the wrong way. Twitter violated their agreement with the user for a "terms of service" violation (inciting violence) {more like inciting Truth} An image cannot incite violence, and Kanye had just called for peace and said he loved jews and nazis. It was more just a blatant example of Twitter not upholding their stated principles and willingness to remove content at will and without proper cause meaning that they cannot claim to be a free speech platform meaning other stuff.
Platform vs publisher violations may be relevant. No one is literally going to hang for that but we might see some clarification of the utility classification of social media. Not as satisfying as executing communists, though.
I am 100% interested in getting the Law as straight forward as possible so that it can be understood by someone as dumb as me. I have 0% interest in anyone getting killed over it. Honestly, we are losing the best gift given to man and they are convincing us that it can be given away. Bullshit! My panties in a wad because corporations have an obligation to uphold the standards they claim and government has a responsibility to enforce that for the protection of the people the very thing they use to get people to give away their absolute best chance at life for the idea of a safe space. It wasn't ok when @jack did it it isn't ok now.
