Arizona Superior Court Judge Casey McGinley ruled for Cochise County to certify its midterm election results after they refused to sign off on the count.

By Arizona law, as Kari explained on Bannon Warroom, they can't sue the results before the results are certified. Thus, the sooner all counties certify, the sooner the ball gets rolling [towards SC].
