If you're young and healthy quercetin is probably the best choice because it performs the same zinc ionophore action as HCQ but has an even better safety profile and you can take it on a daily basis for allergies too. It's great stuff.

My husband and I take iv about once a week at 24 mg. We both have regular labs drawn. Mine are perfect. I used to be high cholesterol but it is normal now and I have not taken a statin in 3 years. Husband's labs are great but he is diabetic. He also had 2 heart attacks. One happened after Covid lockdowns started that necessitated a heart bypass, but he survived Covid about 4 months later.
