I donβt understand the laws around this but can the ex Twitter execs try and claim section 230 means Twitter isnβt a real news source as a way to try and get out of this?
From what I understand 230 refers to the difference between a platform and a publisher. They removed themselves from being protected by 230 by censoring and editing content and at that point are responsible and liable for all things published on twitter. Not a lawyer just my peon sized brain of understanding.
