What would put 99% of people in the hospital?

According to Q, in post 142 "the truth would put 99% of people in the hospital."
Of all the things Q has said, that is one hell of a spicy comment to make, but what could possibly do that?
Ever since they posted it I have been wondering but nothing I can think of fits.
I mean, even if all the world's worst conspiracies were suddenly revealed to be true, it wouldn't put us all in the emergency ward. Most of us would just go DAYUM, and carry on.
Could we have been implanted with something so that if truths come out the cabal has a global kill switch, something like the plot from Kingsman maybe? The ultimate blackmail?
I realize that is nuts (kek), but a simple truth by itself, how could that put us in hospital?
Any ideas?
Q confirmed Aliens, Q confirmed D.U.M.B.s, Q confirmed blood drinking which confirms adrenochrome. The cabal have symbolism showing adrenochrome (Adreno GPU made by Qualcomm which looks like Epstein Island) so it's not even a guess at this point.
Q confirmed past mass extinction events have been successful. The speed of light is hidden in the co-ordinates of the Pyramids so the history of the world is not we think it is.
Pizzagate + Aliens. "The truth (true history of the suffering and misery this world has endured) would put 99% of people in a mental hospital [nervous breakdown]" Most people would no longer be able to function. My grandma is a lovely person, she once met the Queen and loves her as most of the older generation do. If she were to see a video of the Queen torturing a child to death, she would understandably have a mental breakdown. Q always says "The choice to know will be yours". Like how they'll release Hillary's blackmail videos on the internet, people don't have to watch it if they don't want to, nor should they be forced.
Q said we are not alone....
Anyone pointing out Q confirmed Aliens, gets downvoted. Some Christians on here need to grow up. We aren't alone. Aliens are real. Most aliens believe in God. Calm Down! Aliens are just people that God also created!
It might be more complicated than that. I've studied the alien abduction phenomenon for years, and the evidence always leads me to the conclusion that it's likely the work of demons or some sort of demonic beings (maybe demon/human hybrids) disguised as aliens. That said it's entirely possible for real aliens and demons posing as aliens to both exist, and I've seen some compelling evidence that Mars was once inhabited (the YouTuber ArtAlienTV does a good job of covering it.)
I agree w/ all that but disagree it would put 99% in the hospital. I don't know if that's just a figure of speech or physical reality that 99% will be in the hospital. My 92 y.o grandma, the sweetest most simple and humble lady, loves God and have read the Bible thoroughly. I told her all these stuff last year and she just said "of course, there's nothing new under the sun. Everything was already depicted in the Bible how evil men can be." She wasn't even surprised one bit. Note: she doesn't use the internet or watch TV at all.
Nice to hear, My other grandma is Christian, wide awake and has been into conspiracy theories before i was born, but this is not yet the majority of people. Q is slowly drip feeding the public, most people will happily call Prince Andrew a pedo.
But this movie for the history books, by allowing the cabal to release covid and a poison jab, is the only way to ensure future generations can learn from it.
And Q even said "60% must remain private - For Humanity". That's the stuff we won't even know about so that's probably what Q is referring to by "[That] truth will put 99% in a mental hospital."
Even though i thought i could imagine the scale of pizzagate, it got even sicker looking into aquarium gate. More direct evidence of the scale of child trafficking bunkers. 100s of sex/torture bunkers in Texas alone, dozens in every city across every country in the world. How do you wake up the population so this can never happen again?
