What would put 99% of people in the hospital?

According to Q, in post 142 "the truth would put 99% of people in the hospital."
Of all the things Q has said, that is one hell of a spicy comment to make, but what could possibly do that?
Ever since they posted it I have been wondering but nothing I can think of fits.
I mean, even if all the world's worst conspiracies were suddenly revealed to be true, it wouldn't put us all in the emergency ward. Most of us would just go DAYUM, and carry on.
Could we have been implanted with something so that if truths come out the cabal has a global kill switch, something like the plot from Kingsman maybe? The ultimate blackmail?
I realize that is nuts (kek), but a simple truth by itself, how could that put us in hospital?
Any ideas?
That we are living in a dome, on a flat plane, with an ancient order that learned from interdimensional beings when it came to sacrificing, raping, and otherwise murdering children, that they can communicate with. These beings are led by a deal maker who bestows gifts upon those who sell their soul. That there is an opposite plane underneath us, with a black sun. Also there is an ice wall surrounding us, and the plane(t) is actually a lot bigger than we realize, as there is land beyond the ice wall. That aliens are just a form of demon/angel who can travel between dimensions, but keep us in the dark with catastrophes and tribal warfare halting our progress. Probably keeping us in check so we don't rip a hole open into hell itself, or some other place.
The reference to DNA perhaps the Sumerian origin story with the Nephilim who created us as slaves to mine and donate gold to them for favors (beginning the first religious practice).
Maybe. Just a suggestion, not sure about too much of that except for that Admiral that went to the place beyond the wall.
Although, not sure if that would put people in the hospital. Maybe if we found out that most leaders are doing this stuff to kids, even pastors and priest/the pope.
I hope we someday find out everything, I think.
