What would put 99% of people in the hospital?

According to Q, in post 142 "the truth would put 99% of people in the hospital."
Of all the things Q has said, that is one hell of a spicy comment to make, but what could possibly do that?
Ever since they posted it I have been wondering but nothing I can think of fits.
I mean, even if all the world's worst conspiracies were suddenly revealed to be true, it wouldn't put us all in the emergency ward. Most of us would just go DAYUM, and carry on.
Could we have been implanted with something so that if truths come out the cabal has a global kill switch, something like the plot from Kingsman maybe? The ultimate blackmail?
I realize that is nuts (kek), but a simple truth by itself, how could that put us in hospital?
Any ideas?

-If the world found out that vaccines (not all) are fake -if we found out cancer has a known cure that was hidden from us -wars are started for profit, and power -our service members have DIED for money, and money alone -history is fake, because its all Comms for these assholes to coordinate -the CIA and US govt entities are probably worse than what what the Nazis are accused of -what if some, or all, that we know of Hitler and WW2 was fake or made up??? -North Korea is fake, its used to protect blackmail -Ukraine is a corrupt country that aided in child sex slavery and exploitation
This seems pretty reasonable to suspect for everyone here. The VAST majority of our society has NO IDEA to question anything. If the general public learned a third of what i posted is in fact fake, or somewhat fraudulent, it would BREAK their minds. Literally break them. Like Q said - the end won’t be for everyone.
