It's not that big of a stretch since he literally said it on the Twitter Spaces livestream lol - he said that there's so much information, a lot of the major themes would be lost in a fog if they dumped it all at once. He plans to dump everything for the world to see but wanted to give it to Taibbi and Weiss (and he said possibly more) so that they could identify and structure the information. He made clear multiple times though that at some point it will all be out for the general public to parse through.
