I don’t think it’s special treatment if he‘s actually was a part of the ‘story’. The fact that he popped up out of nowhere, before he had passed the bar, to sue Pepsi for a fighter jet shows exactly what type of person he is. He was drawn to money and fame like a moth to a flame, and he got burnt.
