I think the meaning of Q referencing 5:5 multiple times is a reference to “the meek”. As we know, the meek refers to those who have strength but know when to use it and voluntarily choosing to use it sparingly.
It is a message telling us to steel ourselves for the ultimate fight while also calling for restraint so not to misuse power the same way those we fight have historically misused it. We don’t riot or cheat or any other dirty trick to bend the world to our will. We are called to don the full Armor of God.
And that’s what brings us to a community such as this, for “as iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpen another” (Proverbs 27:17)
