No. Its annual, usually in Davos, where 5000 people representing mainly the 235K people worth over 30 million meet up to decide how to make it better for themselves and worse for you. They do it right in the open because they know what I know.

The overwhelming number of people are much dumber then you have been previously lead to believe.
