Its worse than Nazi Bank, its CIA Bank. The Nazi International only got the German treasury after WWII, the OSS/CIA got all of the Asian Treasuries that Japan had raided over 20 years prior to WWII. Truman signed off with OSS/CIA to allow use of this secret treasure for black ops against communism. The CIA seeded every international bank with this treasure that needed to be laundered before being used, all big banks complicit; thus, ensuring Communism lives on because the CIA would lose use of this bonus retirement money if communism defeated, let's say ... like in 1991. Gorbachev fucked up the racket; fast forward, now (2016 +++) that they have painted Russia as still communist, Russia can be nothing but communist.
