It'd be too easy for normies to simply turn away from new-to-them exposure of malfeasance. Cognitive dissonance is a powerful thing. Many, if not most, will do just about anything to avoid it.

By drip drip dripping the releases instead of flooding the minds of the sheep, they are given time to adjust their thinking to accept all that's really happening.
