Don't expect an answer from the Gregg Phillips fanatics, you'll just get downvoted and insulted. I've tried to ask so many times and I'm always met with the same, funnily enough it looks like you've already been downvoted and insulted. Honestly that this is the reaction his fans on here give, it should tell you all you need to know.
A few mods will ban your account if you start posting any good sources on his sketchy background so even IF you get past the army of Gregg fans down voting your post -- you'll get banned for dooming.
