Nope, not specifically.

Would you drink or eat something that had the ingredient label blanked out or removed completely?

I kind of already do, pretty much any time I order from a restaurant or when someone gives me food. I'm currently eating lunch provided by another comapny and I have no idea what's in them, but I trust the company not to be poisoning everyone here.
