I don't think this will happen. First of all, if they want to get the "bad guys", they know where they all are. No need to lock down everyone. Just go in and get them. Second, people don't have room in their freezers often to be prepared that long. Think of your dorm room or small apartment. Third, you will have kids who can't be locked down that long sneaking around.. and they get shot? That doesn't look good for any white hat operation. Fourth... shit. What more do I need to say? Think covid. Our business is not going to stop paying it's bills for a stupid clean up job. No income, we could have to close. That's stupid. We made it through covid, we won't make it through another lockdown of any type.
