The better question is how many the DOJ/FBI would bother to prosecute. We've already seen they have a propensity with sitting on evidence and outright dismissing crimes (ala Hillary and the private email server with classified documents).

I suppose, but since you mention that you might notice even there a Federal Appeals Court intervened to protect a number of administration officials from having to sit in depositions.
