Both sides await the great awakening of the people...that's the "reaction". Those who created the problem, then provide the solution. Consider South America. Problem: Rampant corruption and election fraud. Reaction: Protests, arrests, societal breakdown... Solution: Military intervention and new WEF leadership installed.
