The crime is being committed right now. A small OTC stock that was Naked Shorted is being Halted to prevent Naked Short Sellers from having to cover. FINRA and the SEC are culpable.

This should concern everyone. If you have stocks, bonds, a pension or an IRA. They can and will commit crimes if they have to.
