They should be retained for their skills, but be removed from all leadership positions for demonstrating utter failure to progress ethics past their fear of needing to comply.
The directors of care over others should be jailed for implementing the COVID Crime. But the other lemmings underneath them are needed in order to sustain emergency services.
When they chose to follow guidelines instead of allowing for the profession to critically analyze... they became medical technicians for pharma. They can't ever be in leadership positions again, from top to bottom.
My point is that they’re professionals and they have legal obligations, regardless of how they acted. Yes they did act like technicians, but that doesn’t absolve them of their responsibilities. They should all be held fully accountable.
Administering an experimental vaccine isn’t necessary illegal, but there is a process to do it. Most importantly is obtaining informed consent of the recipient. Just be honest with people. Many people in the “high risk” demographic would gladly take an experimental treatment for covid and risk the side effects/dangers (my parents included). The criminality occurs when they lie to, withhold information, or coerce patients into getting it.
Agree on all that. But operations... those with medical technician ethics need to never be considered professionals again, in my opinion. I don't see any redemption for them professionally. But we need the labor and skills to good emergency responses, so I'm not for imprisonment, just for the directors of care
