I suspect she has Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. This is where the cells lack receptors for testosterone. So in the womb, when the fetus is supposed to start changing into a male, the development stays female. These people have a Y chromosome but external genitalia looks female. They are usually raised female. The gonads are removed because they have a propensity for cancer and they take estrogen after that. Again, just a guess but something about her does not make me think she is the usual transgender ….
