I think Shadowbanning is small part of the Twitter universe. There is much more going there. Think "look here, not there". The real dirt is how Twitter was used to hide DS communications in plain sight.
Back in Twitter's early days, I used to wonder why XX millions would follow some idiot celebrity - was it to associate with someone popular? Gain some followers? Be "in the know"? But the MSM encouraged the follower behavior, and people fell into it. Seemed like a waste of internet bandwidth.
But now we know that the bots, the popular following, etc generated a lot of traffic through Twitter. With NSA watching internet traffic, what better way to hide key comms than in a flood of drivel?
