If history is any guide, lawsuits that allege fraud are tossed by the judge and not even heard. Hoping hers will buck that terrible trend. It likely comes down to the judge’s beliefs as opposed to merits under law.
The lawsuits alleging fraud in the 2020 election were mostly tossed due to lack of standing. It is going to be very difficult to allege lack of standing for Kari Lake in the AZ election fraud case.
From what I understand, she filed a lawsuit before the election and they gave her the "no standing" excuse. Now she is doing the same lawsuit, so this paints them into a corner because everything in her previous lawsuit happened. They can't claim no standing this time.
I am praying daily that the fear of God Almighty is in every person who is in contact with this lawsuit and they do what is right: legally and morally.
Does she actually say "fraud" though? Seems to me like most of the rhetoric has been about procedural rules not followed, plus general ineptness and poor planning and response. Fraud would require showing wilful manipulation, ineptness only showing that things weren't done properly.

Standing is a judgement call in most cases and suborned judges will rule against the plaintifs if they choose to.
Now, Kari Lake's problem is to get her case into a court with a judge or judges who have not been suborned.
It will be difficult, IMHO.
But God speed her efforts to succeed.
