He knew we wouldn't be taking a shot no matter what he said. This was for normies who were getting the shots anyway. Just optics.

Bump stocks don't accomplish anything. "Spray and pray" just wastes ammo without hitting much. One shot at a time to single identifiable targets is more efficient. There are videos online on how to simulate the effect of a bump stock. It was an easy target and had nothing to do with limiting gun ownership or use.
