I believe the plan always had Biden stealing and winning the election. Without the clownshow of the Biden admin there would be no mass awakening or people being pushed to a precipice. Remember they were able to stop the machine at will to install Trump over HRC. If they so chose I’m certain they could have had Trump win in 2020.
