Hunt deer, fish for fish, local farms….pray on the food you are about to eat. Every time you drink water use this affirmation…”I am thankful god for blessing me with good health…prosperity…a loving family…etc”. Anything specific you want to manifest. Everything is energy..reactive to your consciousness. Mind is over matter. Your intentions and beliefs are powerful !!! Take back control. I think they put this info out to make you disgusted to eat. Then you manifest negativity.
