I'm sorry to hear about your brother's diagnosis with cancer. But It can develop and progress at different rates for different people, and it is possible for cancer to reach an advanced stage within a relatively short period of time. It COULD be a vax or it could be just a coincidence, you should do more research on it, keep us updated on what you'll find out.
