Honestly yesterday I wasn't sold that he specifically meant it as a Q reference. But the fact that he didn't deny it in the follow up could be telling.

I do believe it's Q related. He posts Pepe memes, and just tweeted using "Branch Covidians" a term which was just being discussed on here. He definitely lurks around these parts and other Q related forums.
