Obviously none of us know one way or the other what the actual reality of who or what Q is and what the intentions behind Q are. If the intention was to be used as a pacifier, I'd say it's definitely possible, but I would also say that I don't think a small amount of people believing in anything Q said is going to change anything. It isn't like without Q we would be arming up and charging the capital with guns loaded, we would be just as passive about everything as we are currently. I really don't think belief in Q changes the way people behave in any drastic way, so the question of is it a pacifier psyop is pretty moot in my opinion. If it is I don't think it changed the way things have played out in any meaningful way, and if it isn't, well the same holds true.
