My gut instinct is? DR Malone is bad guy. Just saying.

And that goes back to the dark horse podcast, where he was on with steve kirsch and brett weinstein. Hope i got those names right!

I think he's slightly misguided and his English spelling/grammar isn't perfect. But I don't think he's bad. But I can judge only from his daily emails that include gems such as this:
