Say no to all smart technology that you can. I'm looking at houses to size up but not really a good time. The ones that have smart appliances and say "all appliances stay", I'm thinking, no, you can take your Spyware with you when you leave. I refuse to have any appliances with "smart" technology including my phone(flip, cheap).
