The only thing I've seen is the WH cam, which does show 'things' at night but not during the day. However, I can clearly see that these 'anomalies' (there are more than the one in-line with the WH) are light reflections on the transparent front of the housing the camera is mounted in (Others call them lens flare).
Before you get your panties in a bunch, I also believe that Lucifers minions work in that building currently, and they wear a six pointed star around their necks.
But, why would they need a portal when they can just waltz through the front door unimpeded?

Sometimes webcams pick up things the human eye does not.
