Poverty relative to currency. Judging from how this world operates, thats not a great benchmark

Yeah, it's hard to compare but I think we're net worse off

Monetary wealth is good

But we are resource poor. Constantly need to buy and replace things

Time poor

Majority not self sufficient so doesn't matter how much money you make or nice stuff you have, we're locked into a diminishing returns lifestyle
