Have to be given one. Otherwise cannot access those areas to go in and work. Once at work station though, he probably look up porn.

I doubt he did work,WTF does he know about nuclear waste? I know a guy who waited over a year for a clearance and never worked the whole time,didn't even show up.

But he did get paid.
