Ik winter is not over but I genuinely was hoping to get a cold winter and especially snow. HAARP probably has something to do with it.

I've quit trying to figure it out. Winter came a month early for me 11/4/22 was our first snow. I'm in the intermountain region of the NW sitting on the Oregon-Idaho border.
