Ik winter is not over but I genuinely was hoping to get a cold winter and especially snow. HAARP probably has something to do with it.

I asked because there's another thread out there about a polar vortex coming thru with -30 in the upper plains ect. I tried to tell them it's actually pretty normal. My grandparents are No-Daks and the stories they told would blow many away, climbing out of upstairs windows and stuff taking horses and sleighs to get to town.
