Video proliferation - security cameras, etc. and the internet changed the game. Regarding cameras, they have to have someone commit suicide a la Epstein in a closed system where they can control it which is harder because of the logistics to get the person there. You could not walk up to him in a restaurant and shoot him like it was 50 years ago. Too many cameras they can't control.
