It’s because people who have been supporting Trump for awhile now have consistently watched him turn his enemy’s attacks against them. Mueller is a great example. For the two years of Mueller, everyone screamed, “Fire him!” But looking back now, Mueller was a good thing in that the Mueller investigation exposed so much establishment corruption AND it did more to end the Russian Collusion narrative than anything else. Imagine no Mueller. Russian Collusion would have never been disproved and the Democrats could have used it as a legitimate claim for much longer than two years. Yes, Mueller was super annoying at the time, but would you prefer to STILL be debating Russian Collusion today? Now only the most indoctrinated leftists are pushing it, but it has very little power with normies and RINOs.
Good point. Still, people cheered when he announced he was conceding and now the trading cards. I know some other news followed. I just can't think of him announcing anything at this point that wouldn't be cheered or interpreted as being more than it is at face value.

He never conceded
I had understood that his announcement for running in 2024 meant he was conceding by default. Maybe this isn't the case.
