Was looking into that, but couldn't work it out, I think Taft became president in 1909 but yeah I agree.

Taft was sworn in March 4 1909. But he was president when Titanic went down. Possibly involved? FED created in 1913 but was successful due to the men who died as a result of Titanic sinking. Maybe planning started for that event in 1909?
