There was never any doubt to me that corporations must follow the laws of the State. They don't get to make their own laws and rules. Finally, we get an overdue ruling on this. The only disagreement I have in the ruling is the paltry amount awarded to the victims. It amounts to approximately $24,000 each, and employees who were forced to accept a COVID shot against their religious beliefs to keep their jobs will receive approximately $3,700 each. It should have been at least 10 times this amount.
