In theory FBI is supposed to be focused on Domestic federal crime, in theory the CIA is supposed to be focused on international threats and intelligence gathering. In the UK it’s MI-5 and MI-6 (domestic and international respectively)

In practice both have grown so totally out of control without such little oversight, they do whatever the hell they want. They are fiefdoms unto themselves that have become so hollowed out by corruption, graft, and ideological subversion that they are legally sanctioned organized-crime who consider the citizens they were meant to serve, their subjects. The reason they see us (American Patriots) as threats, is because they know they are threats to us. They are literally anti patriots, working to subvert our values, institutions, and freedoms.
