And no one is doing anything about it. Everyone relies on somebody else to fix the problem. Anyone who steps up to do it, no one will join, everyone protecting their "things". I feel I can talk about this, since I went out on a limb, sacrificed everything as a civilian, and listened as everyone in uniform told me "I have kids at home, sorry, can't help." Wouldn't even do their job properly.
