The judge was a joke. One of her reasons for dismissal was based on cases in 1986 and 1982. But these were overruled by stature in 2020. I find it hard to believe that she did not know that.

He would have to get the State Supreme Court to reverse this. Maybe he could file in another county. This judge should be remembered. Our judges are appointed, but every four years we get a chance to vote them out.
