Absolutely. No matter who you are, you must decide on which citizenship you vow allegiance to. No dual citizenship should be permitted, i.e.: Israel and U.S.; Germany and U.S.; Saudi Arabia and U.S.; Mexican and U.S.; British and U.S.; etc.
