More than 7,000 convicted pedophiles in California were released from prison after serving less than a year behind bars, a new study examining the state's Megan's Law records show.

I’m out here , there is already a huge population that haven’t been caught yet ,, my God now we are releasing those who have been ,, wth is going on in our country , is no one watching what the hell is going on ?
