I got you the first time. I was saying that the person arguing that because everyone had a choice, that there are not victims. Obviously that's garbage you and I don't fall for. Perhaps we aren't blinded by hate and fear? I bet there's a word for this kind of logical fallacy though. It's manipulation is all, I guess. It's not intellectually honest.
